Thompson received his brokers license in 1981. He has experience in real estate sales and
rentals. In 1986 he dedicated his career to residential appraisals, and now owns
Thompson Appraisal Services. Ki is certified through the state of South Carolina to
teach Appraisal classes L-1, L-2 & CR. Through the Appraisal Foundation, he also
teaches USPAP (L-3). |
Dave Curry is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser that has
been with the company since 1997. Dave serves the north end of the Grand
Strand including Grande Dunes and handles all of your commercial and large property appraisal needs and well as consulting for subdivisions and other aspects of the market . |

Bailey Graves - Office Manager

Terry Hunt is an Apprentice Appraiser who
owned his own appraisal company for a short time before joining Thompson Appraisal
Services in January. Terry serves the Northern end of the Grand Strand. |

Bailey came to work for Thompson Appraisals in 2004 as an office manager. She has completed all of her residential appraisal education requirments and has experience in appraisal work. Bailey is an asset to the company and keeps the office in good working order. |
