Ki Thompson - President Certified Residential Appraiser

Ki Thompson received his broker’s license in 1981. He has experience in real estate sales and rentals. He started doing appraisals in 1983 and in 1986 he dedicated his career to residential appraisals. In 1993 he opened Thompson Appraisal Services. Ki is certified through the state to teach “pre licensing” and continuing ed classes in the appraisal field.

He is also an AQB certified USPAP instructor. He has been active in teaching appraisal courses since 2000. Ki is also the past president of the SC Professional Appraisal Coalition.

Terry Hunt

Terry came to work for Thompson Appraisal Services in the summer of 2005. He owned his own appraisal company from 2003-2005 before joining Thompson Apprasial Services. Before getting into Real Esate Appraisals he worked for Lowe's Home Improvement form 1987 to 2002. He was the store manager of the store on 21st ave. in Myrtle Beach.

While working at Lowe's, he served on the board and was vice president of the Horry-Georgetown Home Builders Association. He also served on the board for the public education of the Myrtle Beach fire department. He is currently on the board for Junior Achievement of the Grand Strand chapter. Terry also has a BS in Business Management from UNC-Pembroke. Terry owns Hunt Enterprises which is a real estate rental company where he owns and rent out condos on an annual lease. As an Appraiser Terry serves Horry County and parts of Georgetown County.

Bailey Graves - Office Manager

Bailey came to work for Thompson Appraisals in 2004 as an office manager. She has completed all of her residential appraisal education requirments and has experience in appraisal work. Bailey is an asset to the company and keeps the office in good working order.

Gretchen Solnosky

Gretchen Solnosky joined TAS in 2009. She is a SC State Certified Real Estate Appraiser. Gretchen performs appraisals in most of Horry County and the Northern portion of Georgetown County. She has been appraising in the local market since 1996

Marcia Tennant

Marcia began working for TAS part time in 2009. Marcia began appraising in 2001 and became a certified residential appraiser in 2004. She has been an active member of the South Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition since 2008. She covers most of the Central Grand Strand Area
